Primigravida refers to a woman who is pregnant for the first time. It unique experience woman. Usually, any minor alignment during this time will lead anxiety. The prevalence rate of myasthenia gravis in pregnancy 1 20,000. main reason behind cause disease improper secretion acetylcholine, huge cholinesterase, and non-responsive muscle fibers. purpose case study introduce outcome with gravis. This was taken at X private hospital. A 27-year-old primigravida 38 weeks known She diagnosed thymic hyperplasia November 2020. patient then managed surgical procedure, i.e., thymectomy, on 18 September 2021. receiving distinon (pyridostigmine) 60 mg. requires intraoperative collaboration neurology obstetrics departments managing pregnancy. successful elective caesarean section done patient's request under spinal anaesthesia 13 April 2023. male newborn, birth weight 2.825 gm delivered. newborn transferred NICU further surveillance did not show sign muscular weakness. baby healthy discharge.
